One of My Favorite Weekends of the Year

Come Find Me at Lyndhurst

There are a handful of events on my calendar every year that I genuinely look forward to as an artist, not just as a vendor — and Spring Crafts at Lyndhurst is at the very top of that list.

Something about this particular time of year, at this particular place, just hits differently. Lyndhurst's 67 acres feel alive in May in a way that is almost impossible to describe — the grounds rolling down toward the Hudson River, everything newly green, the light soft and generous. For an artist whose work is so deeply rooted in the natural world, it is endlessly inspiring. It feels less like setting up a booth and more like coming home.

This weekend, May 1–3, you'll find Three Birch Hill at Spring Crafts at Lyndhurst, located at 635 South Broadway in Tarrytown, NY. I'll be bringing a full collection of limited-edition fine art prints and my luxe silk scarves and bandanas — each one featuring original artwork designed and made by me in my studio.

The Details:

  • Friday, May 1: 10am–5pm

  • Saturday, May 2: 10am–6pm

  • Sunday, May 3: 10am–5pm

Admission is $13 online in advance (seniors $12, kids 6–16 $6, under 6 free) — and I'd strongly encourage grabbing your tickets ahead of time at the link below, as this show draws a wonderful crowd. On-site ticket sales are cash or check only.

And speaking of crowds — this is one of the best shopping weekends of the year if you have a list to get through. Mother's Day is right around the corner, graduation season is in full swing, and we are heading into the heart of wedding season. A limited-edition art print or a hand-designed silk scarf makes a gift that is genuinely unlike anything else you'll find — because it is. Everything in my booth is designed and made by me, and every print is part of a limited edition that won't be reprinted once it's gone.

Come spend the day. Walk the grounds. Have lunch by the river. And come say hello — I'd love to see you there.
